1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped or handed over to our shipping partner.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

If an eligible cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and refund processing timelines.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation is generally not possible.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse delivery where the delivery partner permits it. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after the product is returned to ISHANTRAA and inspected.

Shipping or return-related charges may be deducted where applicable.

3. Returns

We accept returns only for products that qualify under our return conditions.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product should be returned with its original packaging, labels, and accessories, where applicable.
The return request must be made within the applicable return period.
The product must not have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence after delivery.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

Defective

Missing essential parts or items

If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the order, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

Once a refund has been approved, the time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.

ISHANTRAA is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions after the refund has been initiated.

Any applicable shipping, return, or re-shipping charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

10. Refunds for Offers or Discounts

If a product was purchased using a discount, promotional offer, coupon, or other special pricing, the refund amount may be calculated based on the actual amount paid for the returned product.

Promotional benefits, free gifts, discounts, or other offer-related benefits may not be refundable or may be adjusted where applicable.
